Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web development, app development, cloud infrastructure, or custom engineering services offered by MAR Technologies ('we', 'us', or 'our') through our platform or direct engagement, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our services and site.

MAR Technologies provides professional consulting, custom software development, MVP building, mobile applications, e-commerce solutions, and digital transformation services. Each project is subject to a specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Level Agreement (SLA). The SOW will detail deliverables, timelines, billing milestones, and specific service parameters.

Unless stated otherwise in a signed SOW, all intellectual property, source code, designs, and materials created specifically for a client's project transfer to the client upon full payment of the project balance. MAR Technologies retains all rights to its pre-existing libraries, proprietary frameworks, internal boilerplate structures, and generic software components developed prior to or independently of the engagement.

Clients agree to make payments in accordance with the billing terms and milestones established in their respective SOW. All invoices must be cleared within the specified timeframe (typically 15-30 days). Late payments may result in immediate suspension of development, server deployment pipelines, or ongoing system maintenance support.

In no event shall MAR Technologies, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, system downtime, data corruption, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our systems, custom platforms, or hosting environments.
